User Homebridge not available

I have installed the plugin with Homebridge UI and i have to tried to swich to User homebridge, i got an message that the account is currently not available

Logs:

Homebridge Terminal

Node.js Version: v18.18.0
Node.js Path: /opt/homebridge/bin/node
Plugin Path: /var/lib/homebridge/node_modules

Update Node.js: hb-service update-node

Install Plugin: hb-service add homebridge-plugin-name
Remove Plugin: hb-service remove homebridge-plugin-name

I didn't see a solution.

The connection will lost. I can't find the problem.

It will not show any Title

After turn off, I can't turn on in HomeKit

You need to choose standby mode instead of power off if you want to power on your PS5 from homekit

The title will after 1 minute when a some game run

Unfortunately the game title is not displayed after 1 minute. The set-top box also keeps disappearing from Homebridge and I have to add it again.

The PS5 cannot be turned on again with Homekit even after it has been turned off via Homekit. Anything ist wrong

yes, after restarting homebridge the ps5 disappears from homebridge.
