Motivation and Context

Multiple bug fixes related to Okta Identity Engine support.
Add email option for MFA
Add --force-classic parameter for OIE, allowing command-line login with specific OIE configurations
Allow custom Okta domains and display config options based on Okta platform type
Add AWS_STS_REGION env variable to force the use of a specific AWS region
