Individual Contributor License Agreement link is broken in CONTRIBUTING.md #432

CONTRIBUTING.md refers to an Individual Contributor License Agreement with a URL of https://www.clahub.com/agreements/Nike-Inc/fastbreak

Loading that URL shows a generic app setup page.

Expected Behavior

Viewing ICLA URL shows the agreement

Current Behavior

This is what I see:

The link to the individual contributor license agreement of https://www.clahub.com/agreements/Nike-Inc/fastbreak now returns a 301 redirect to https://clahub.com, which is currently an article in french about "Rick et Morty". This is amusing, but not helpful.
