Model Sum and Model Aggregator #28

Model names are changed in yaml file for operations like model sum. Library of ModelAggregator is also included based on @ericdill suggestion.

This needs to be re-based. I am guessing the conflicts are in how the core functions are commented out.

I think Gabe's earlier PR which already merged took care of bin_image_1D, bin_edges..., finding_ring....
