Speech-to-image generator without API #1099

🔴 Aim: To generate an image based on a text.

A proper streamlit application, in which user can give input either through text or speech and the model will analyze the given text and then it will build an image according to that.

Key points: -

There will be no use of any API.
It will use stable diffusion model to generate images. The model is currently available at hugging face.

PRs levels matters ,not issues by the way I have added the level hereaswell
