Automate the creation Engineering Usage Documents #1109

Problem Brief: A lot of a programmer's time is wasted in writing engineering documents. With the advancement in LLMs today the models can easily understand and create the needed documents, thus saving the programmer's time and helping them to focus elsewhere.

Proposed Solution: Using NLP, LLM and LangChain automate the process of Engineering Usage document generation and streamline it.

I wish to contribute to this under Hacktoberfest and GSSoC-extd level 3.
