Creating a search engine which searches semantically rather than previous versions of keyword-based searching.

The application will have a vector database to query from (Choices are FAISS, ChromaDB and PineCone - Based on different needs)
Generating a brief description related to the search results and the query
Data used would contain a subset of patents which have been already published.
The UI would be streamlit and would be having best practices for using it in AI-based applications.
