Adding more Data cleaning techniques #623

I want to add more data cleaning techniques like random sample imputation which will replace random values. Other methods like KNN imputer and adding a missing columns for NaN values. I am GSSOC'24 contributor. Please assign me this.

Hi @jeet-Abhi123 ,go for it ,but make sure you will add your code in correct folder, and add changes in Readme.md file as well.
