Addition of a project on GANs for Image generation #646

It is awesome to see so many projects under one repository like this! However, I feel that it would benefit from the inclusion of a project on Generative AI, specifically GANs (for image generation). @Niketkumardheeryan, can you please assign this issue to me under GSSOC?
