Issue I raised #717

I have added a project on the impact of feature scaling on model performance. This project experiments with various feature scaling techniques, including standardization, normalization, max-abs scaling, and robust scaling, and performs a comparative EDA. Additionally, I have included best practices and practical guidelines for selecting the appropriate scaling method.

If there's any conflict with files kindly let me I'll fix it promptly.
