Error 404 page. #831

Addition of error 404 page so that the user can easily redirect to homepage after a certain time when broken links are selected or mistyped url is searched.

md Somehow it will look like this but not exactly like this.

@Niketkumardheeryan I will use html, css and js to create a beautiful responsive error 404 page which will redirect the user to respective homepages after certain time so that they can use the available respective resources.
