Goal:

Analyze the data of the ML users in GitHub.

What I Had Done:

Reading the data in python
Basic Exploration of data
Cleaning the data and transforming it to be useful for basic analysis
Visual Data exploration

@priyankeshh these are many these kind of model exist ,So try to add unique technique or libraries, otherwise we will not be able merge this pr
