add svm model and compare its performance on the dataset. Also update the hyperparameters of the existing models to improve the overall performance.

[ ] add svm model
[ ] update hyperparameter of Logistic Regression
[ ] update hyperparameter Random Forest
[ ] update hyperparameter decision tree
[ ] add other performance score for model evaluation
[ ] improve the visualization of model performance
