Certain booru boards are more relaxed in how strictly posts need to be tag.
Having the capability to modify a global blacklist, to prevent certain tags from being posted would be amazing.
EG: sekino_roko was not tagged loli on yandere but is on danbooru. Having a global blacklist of that character to prevent anything of her appearing would be great.
Should the global blacklist only operate on non-safe rating posts, or all posts?
