User Roles Module Improvements #3

The functionality isn't as bullet proof as I would like.

The UserRoleService needs to be reviewed extensively to ensure it's working correctly and it's still missing some functionality that I want.

[x] When loading the data from the database, it should check the messages to see if they need to be updated
[ ] Watching for changes to roles within the guild's that are using the module to automatically update the names of roles in embeds
[ ] Handle a message being deleted, automatically recreating it?
