Created Sym class and constructor.

@insamuel Do you mind creating the folders for code, data and test and putting this file in the code folder? I think we should try and follow the same structure as the first assignment.

@Nikhil1912 okay sounds good, added the code folder. It wouldn't let me add empty folders so we can just add Test and Data as we go.
