Problem with HTML body codepage detection #34

On the message under
"\top of personal folders\first level term\folder again"
codepage of HTML body detected as "windows-1252", but it should be "utf-8", so 
there is an conversion issue with "-", "'" symbols in text (it's shown as 3 
wrong bytes).

yeah, codepages and UTF are a bit finicky in PSTs, will check it out, thanks 
for letting us know.

Okay, there was an issue when the plain text version was encoded with a 
different codepage to the HTML.

I've committed a fix to SVN, please check it out and let me know if you 
continue to have issues.
