GraphView draws on top of sibling views

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an View over top of the GraphView

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The View should display completely.  In this case, the ImageView on the graph 
is being drawn over by the graph.

Please provide a source code snippet that we can use to replicate the issue.

What version of the product binary library are you using?

0.70

Try to do: renderer.setInScroll(true); and let me know if it fixes this issue.
