Pie Chart Cannot Support More than 6 elements #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Pie Chart with more than 6 "slices"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The data labels aren't placed properly - it seems the 7th, 8th, ..., xth label 
is 3-4 pixels lower than they should be...  See attached screenshot.

The issue doesn't exist with up to 6 slices...

Is there a 'hot-fix' that you can release for this?  I have to with-hold an 
update to my app because this isn't a clean fix...
