use chronometer? but how change OnTick through RemoteViews?

Create one fake of next elems for killing avoiding: Activities Services Broadcast receivers Content providers

i dont know how to prevent system from killing app yes, Worker make aciton, but if we update time to past after killing then {usnub + sub} not happened and worker not will do it's work untill ?previous time? (not sure, but in ~00:00 worker dont will make its work)

need autorun/autostart permission (if it ok then can be greatly simplified try-other-way branch(that currently not working when past-time-setted))
