When you type in the password /l anyone in server can see your password I think that the password should be crossed out making it unreadable or whispered. So other play can't see

It's probably same issue as here: https://github.com/NikitaCartes/EasyAuth/issues/95

Check your mods that interact with chat, especially MCDiscord.
