No, I tested and it still shows the same error. What other details should I describe, if it helps?

Kitty terminal, v 0.27.1 lf version 28

I just realized that you are viewing text files on the video. Could you please do the same thing with some image files and check if previews are correct? I suspect that it's an issue on lf side because it caches text previews (while I handle caching for image previews).

I tested it on image preview and it works fine for images. I think you may be right with regards to this problem being lf caching. Thanks again.
