Sixel support has been merged into lf, so I'm updating the instructions for Wayland as it is no longer accurate.

I added the instructions for people who are on the older version of lf.

Would you mind splitting this PR into 2: one for lf-sixel and another for archive programs? Let me know if you do not know how to do it, I will do on my end later.
