[Bug] Playlist generation is broken #301

A recent change by YouTube broke the automatic playlist generation the extension is using.

A notice of this has been added with the most recent extension version 3.1.5 to make users aware that the feature may not work.

If YouTube reverses the change or an alternative method is found, the extension will be updated as soon as possible.

It seems that this was short-lived, and playlists now work again
