Append mode

Thanks for this really useful extension, I was happy to see it's being actively maintained! It would be great to have some kind of append mode that lets me collect multiple pages and eventually create a single epub with individual chapters for each page.

This is actually something I have thought about before, but never found the time to implement, and I don't think I will soon. Sorry for not getting back to you earlier.

That said, here are a couple of ideas should I, or someone else, ever decide to implement this:

• Both Firefox and Chrome support multiple tab selection. The content/chapters of each tab could be collected in selection order; Title, Author, and other Metadata from the active tab.
• The resulting JSON data structure could be rendered for editing with eact-jsonschema-form before packaging the book.
• Currently, the book is completely processed and saved from in the active tab, that obviously doesn't work for a multi-tab book. So an additional UI page (point above) is required.

Open questions:

• Allow editing of the page content (HTML), or just metadata, chapter order, etc.?
• How/when exactly to extract and fetch linked resources (images, etc.)?
