Dockerize Flux #30

Purpose

This commit dockerizes flux.

Notes

Base image is Alpine:3.4
*-dev libraries are needed for SQLAlchemy to build successfully (the whole crypto stuff).
git package version is 2.6.6. By default, the version is much lower and the application complains about the version

Cool, thanks for the PR! Are you using Flux somewhere for real or did you write the Dockerfile for testing purposes? :)

Both :) I am currently experimenting with a local CI server on my machine but wanted something lightweight (so no Jenkins, Bamboo etc). And flux is a really cool project so I wrote this. I am currently reading the source code, so maybe there will be some more contributions in the future

Awesome :) I am sorry for the lack of documentation, I didn't get to work on this project very much in the past since I first started it. 😞 But I'd be happy to review contributions and hopefully chime in again at some point.
