New config.load() changes working directory #62

According changes in https://github.com/NiklasRosenstein/flux-ci/commit/75a7e3a19620927b1bb19319e2fce23be2dc4171 it moves working directory from ./ to ./flux/. It causes initialization of folders and db.sqlite on wrong path.
