add bitbucket source loader #162

I see that there's a github and gitea source loader already done. It would be great to add a bitbucket source loader as well (I have a PR WIP for this).

If we're on the topic of adding source loaders, a gitlab one could be useful too but it is probably best to have separate issues for each one.
