add Gitlab as SourceLinker #228

Hey,

a very simple PR to add Gitlab. I thought about a generic version of github, but Gitlab adds a /-/, which would make it ugly to implement and harder to maintain an easy to understandable code without a big rewrite. So this is in fact a copy-and-paste PR.

Hope, this is okay.
