Problem

to create a suite of applications that are GPU dependent and relevant for biologists, let's collect a list of awesome GPU-dependent workflows for biomedicine.

Solution

A .csv file containing n rows and k columns:

Technology

Our goal is to identify popular GPU dependent algorithms and containerise them. The final goal of this project is to enable ETH miners to use their GPU hardware to offer API-as-a-service to earn tokens and support life science researchers around the globe.
