[FEAT REQ.] - Selectable double runways digits in chart recall. #165

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Several controllers are having trouble remembering the syntax when a double digit runway with approach variation or sidedness is required.

Describe the solution you'd like An option to toggle if double digit runways should generate chart recall aliases with both digits regardless of variation or sidedness. .IAHRY26L instead of .IAHRY6L

Describe alternatives you've considered Our alias reference clearly defines when single digits for a double digit runway should be used but folks still aren't sure when to include the 10s digit or not. Admittedly this could be (and will be) a continuing education opportunity within the ARTCC.

I see your point. Maybe we can have it toggle between legacy (what it is now), your suggestion, and maybe even a third option that aligns with the CIFP/ATCTrainer codes.

My passion for this FR may be waining after more convo with my facility staff. I still like the idea of having user selectable option for runways in chart recall but we're beginning to worry that we if we depart too far from other facilities we lose the baseline standard y'all are trying to achieve and make our alias an outlier when not totally needed. Just a day-after brain dump.
