Describe the bug Not really a bug, but now that there is a DB in play, we need to change the code so that it actually uses the DB.
Additional context Just to list a couple places where we need to change code: Message Received Prefix check Voice Meeting Text Role Private Meeting Voice Channel Name Give Roles Channel Name
Probably some places where code additions are needed: Add artcc staff role - Could be a setting of checking for staff from vatusa? Change Nickname - Does the server want nicknames changed?
