Workshop UI/UX

As a Developer I would like to Workshop different UI/UX implementations so that I can understand and implement the end vision for what this project will be.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Multiple UI designs have been researched
• Multiple UI designs have been weighed against being fit for purpose against the final vision
• A singular UI design has been chosen to move forth

Working with a couple of test users we have discussed what they would favour in a templating application of this nature.

Their feedback can be noted as follows:

• Consistency across application
• Ease of use (simple but powerful actions, no need to mess with zooming etc.)
• Self managed (being able to categorise templates, change the order of display, set custom views/filters as well as your standard CRUD etc.)
• Quick actions with immediate feedback (no loading/animations where possible)
• Customisability (application theming and UI customising)

Using this feedback we can create a number of features, on top of the initial functionality of CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete).
