Console flood light broken in ALS #518

Thats on purpose to render faster with model shader off. Can then use emissive anim to do it if needed.

BUT flood light is a mess. Some places you need to turn the instr. panel flood and sometimes the console flood to get flood light.

This needs overhaul.
