Manual needs updating #564

The Manual should be updated with:

[x] Mention PWR ON for smart weapons and battery time.
[x] Instructions for Harm as Sensor (HAS) page.
[x] Update RWR info to include separation button and no M3.
[x] Making markpoints with HMCS.
[ ] Page of SAMs/Ships and what to expect when they fire missile.
[ ] CNTL pages
[ ] TCN MFD page
[ ] TFR section on A/P page need more info
[x] GMT SPD CUTOFF
[x] New S-J page
[x] HSD: cursors
[x] Holding trigger in CCRP
[x] Steerpoint numbers for lines 3 and 4 plus more pre-planned threats
[x] Hot lines on FCR
