A few improvements to make the CI more convenient that should not take too much work:

[x] Turn CI on in landing mode. Also maybe switch 'PASSIVE SPAN' (anything else similar?)
[ ] Change size of radar returns depending on RCS and type of contact, to have a very slight idea of what a contact is.
