There appears to be a bunch of dead code related to failure nodes for FCS.
[x] fcs/{yaw,pitch,roll}-damper/enable functions in ja37.nas. Property and functions unused.
[x] fcs/roll-limiter/enable checked by jsb-control-drivers.xml, never modified.
[x] fcs/{yaw,pitch,roll}-damper/serviceable and fcs/roll-limiter/serviceable used by failure manager and test.nas. Unused in FCS.
All of the above can just be removed in my opinion.
Current FCS has elevon, rudder, flaps, and airbrake failures.
[x] elevon failure occurs if both elevator AND aileron are failure. That sounds strange. Maybe make left/right elevon failure nodes instead (but that means getting rid of FG standard aileron and elevator failures)
Could add:
[ ] Serial trim failure (should cause autopilot disengage)
[x] Pitch / roll gearing servos malfunction (and corresponding warnings)
[ ] Could do trim servos, stick servos, but it's probably better not to overdo it.
