This PR covers 2 items from #163:

Remove likely.initate() which is an alias for likely.initiate() and was originally introduced by a mistake.
Remove likely() in favor of likely.initiate()

There's a single source of truth now 🥇

PS It's funny that a small typo led to deprecation warnings being there for years 😄

Hi, right after we roll out the 2.5, since it's a breaking change.
