Correct search by complex phrase query with variable length boolean subquery

Surround query

o: "under N (your OR its N owner N ' N s) N control"

works correctly while currently used ComplexPhraseQuery does not

however, as is, surround query has following drawbacks

• regex inside query is not supported (tolerable sacrifice)
• n or w operator is required between phrase terms
  • need to workaround it somehow
• phrase terms are not analyzed so "owner's" will not work, must be "owner n ' n s"
