Potential journals to submit manuscript #22

Initially when I wrote the paper I was aiming to submit to IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation. Now the manuscript has change quite a lot.

Any other suggestions?

I am hesitant with Transactions on Evolutionary Computation although because of the latest rejection of our the testing ZD paper which makes me wonder if it's the right place to go.

Other options could be less evolutionary type journals, for example:

https://journals.sagepub.com/home/jcr: the journal Axelrod's original papers went to;
https://www.mdpi.com/journal/games: a general game theory journal;
https://www.journals.elsevier.com/journal-of-economic-behavior-and-organization: but this is an Elsevier journal.
https://www.journals.elsevier.com/games-and-economic-behavior Another Elsevier journal (but would probably be quite a good fit)

Whichever you all prefer is fine with me. Ultimately I just want a review for "correctness" like what PlosOne does, because unless we publish a "top" journal like Nature it makes little difference to me career-wise.

After going over the scope/aim of Journal of Conflict Resolution (https://journals.sagepub.com/home/jcr) I believe that our paper does not fit the journal.

I am going to have a look at the submission guidelines for Games (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/games) with weekend.
