Add `reproducing the results` section to README

Need to add better documentation on reproducing the results.

This includes:

• Document the scripts
• Archive the raw data and document the process of getting to processed data. Similar to: https://github.com/drvinceknight/testing_for_ZD#reproducing-the-results
• Note that processed data sets have already been archived and can be used on the spot for analysis

Currently there is ambiguity regarding running the scripts. I will address this asap @marcharper 👍 to avoid any future confusion.
