A script for reading in the data sets based on the summary csv and concat everything along with the strategies properties has been implemented.
The script contains:
A function for retrieving all the axelrod library strategies and their properties.
Corresponding tests have been implemented.
A function to read in the parameters csv.
Corresponding tests for the type, size and list of columns have been implemented.
Reader is a class for reading in the 4 corresponding data sets for each row of the parameters csv.
Contains functions for:
All the above have been tested.
A function for reading each data set.
Reading in the 4 corresponding data sets and adding the common values such as repetitions, size, seed.
Corresponding tests have been implemented. Checking that when turns are NaN proend has values and the opposite.
In order to import everything and run it in a notebook. To time running time and see memory usage.
Do not merge just yet. Let me run everything again and write a notebook with some plots (doing it now).
