At least you missed VERSION file here. In addition, we iterate patch version in accordance with github run number. It will take number of origin caller, not a sequence of consecutive integers.

Look at this one, mb we should implement sth similar here

I have just copy-pasted it from crypto3-zk. Obviously it was working wrong there as well. Ok, I will re-write it now

Reworked completely
