Intermittent error in Description #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Request ImageDescription from jpg image
2. Run with a watch and breakpoint to capture the returned value.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to get the description content. There was a time (08-21-3013) 
when the value of ImageKeywords was returned instead. On 08-22-2013, without 
any known changes in ccr.exif, value of ImageDescription is again being 
correctly returned.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.1, Windows 7 workstation.
