Added support for OrcaSlicer

Hi.

Many thanks for supporting the Plugin! Could you please open the pull request to the development branch to not interfere with the master-release.

Regarding you changes As I do not know Orcaslicer does it add also Metadata that could be read out of the Gcode?

Compared to Cura comments with remaining time are available by default and M73 commands has to be activated manually. Are M73 commands the only and standard codes to get the remaining time with OrcaSlicer? Could you also add a test Gcode file, will add it to my tests for the Releases then.
