Add 1.19 Update #171

Please add 1.19 update support for Lunar Client qt, Thank you!

Well that's not a problem with lunar qt because lunar client has changed the downloading path to fix this: Go to Local disk C search for .lunarclient folder then go to offline folder and delete all the versions there. Then first download optifine versions of minecraft you want with a minecraft launcher. Then go to lunar client and launch 1.19 it will first download and then launch. Go back to lunar qt and 1.19 should be visible. Note: 1.19 is not available with optifine in lunar client.
