Just an FYI - you need to do a few things here to avoid the run-time error...

1) place the MSCOMCTL.OCX file in your C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder
2) Run the command line as administrator and...
3) regsvr32 /s c:\windows\syswow64\mscomctl.ocx

 :)
