Error 1003 - Can't install #136

This might be because I am using an EDU version (I teach animation classes at a university). But when I try to install the plugin either via the Creative Cloud App or ZXP Installer, I get the same error - 1003 - telling me I first need to sign in to my Adobe account in the Creative Cloud app - but I'm already signed in.

I assume since my sign in is an SSO handled by the university, it's screwing things up. But that's just a guess on my part.
