Introduce blueprint prices for quick calculator #16

Blueprints cost ISK. It must be factored into calculations.

It should be possible to calculate blueprint price based on:
* invention (cost of datactores, decryptor, bpc, chance)
* using copies (e.g. building freighter from bpc)
* reverse engineering for T3
