Help setting up AP only mode #211

I've been trying to modify this wonderful program to work only as a AP. Rather then AP to config portal then to local network. I would rather control with with a softAP that the ESP32 spins out. I.e after connecting to wifi webpage auto opens with index of control file.

Any help would be wonderful I just can't get it working.
